Apartment Complex - Moon Twp, PA

New construction multi-family project located in Moon Twp, PA. Bella Construction & Development Inc. was the contractor of choice for the complete building envelope: roofing, siding, gutters, soffit and fascia. This project featured Owens Corning Duration Shingles with a complete Owens Corning Protection system. For the siding and soffit/fascia we used James Hardie Dream collection featuring lap-siding, board and battens, soffit and fascia.

This project was finished 3 months ahead of schedule and far exceeded the owner and general contractors expectations.
