Project Scope
Bella Construction completed a full roof tear off and replacement on the main house of a Pittsburgh home, using the Owens Corning Duration shingle system.
Project Details
- Shingles: Owens Corning Duration
- Decking: inspected, with OSB replaced as needed
- Protection: ice and water shield at the eaves, valleys, and penetrations
- Flashings: new pipe, wall, and chimney flashings
- Ventilation: ridge vent with hip and ridge shingles
What We Did
Our crew removed the entire existing roof system and inspected the decking, replacing OSB where needed. We installed ice and water shield, drip edge, synthetic underlayment, and starter shingles, followed by Owens Corning Duration shingles, new pipe, wall, and chimney flashings, a ridge vent, and hip and ridge shingles.
