Project Report: Complete Home Transformation with Roof & Gutter Upgrades

At Bella Construction, we love projects that bring new life to a home—and this recent transformation was a big one. Our team took on a full roofing and gutter project that not only improved curb appeal but also added lasting structural protection.

The Roof System

The house received a brand-new roofing system featuring Owens Corning Duration shingles in Peppercorn. To complete the look, we used Moire Black roofing on the rear roof, which tied everything together with a clean, modern finish.

Because the existing roof decking had reached the end of its lifespan, we performed a complete redeck. This ensured the new shingles had a strong, stable base, giving the roof maximum durability for years to come. During installation, we also replaced and sistered trusses where needed, reinforcing the home’s structure and addressing hidden issues before they could cause future problems.

Gutters & Downspouts

To complement the new roof, we installed white gutters and downspouts. These not only provide excellent water management but also add crisp, clean lines against the home’s exterior. For extra functionality and style, we added jump box gutters on the front porch, giving the home both improved drainage and a neat, polished appearance.
