Complete Exterior Remodel in Natrona Heights, PA

Project Scope

Bella Construction completed a full exterior remodel on a Natrona Heights home and garage, replacing the siding, gutters, soffit, fascia, and three windows in one coordinated project.

Project Details

• Siding: Mastic Ovation 4.5 inch Dutch Lap vinyl siding in English Wedgewood
• Prep: all wood siding removed from the house and garage, with furring strips installed over the front brick
• Gutters: 5 inch white aluminum seamless gutters with 2 by 3 inch downspouts
• Soffit and fascia: White Mastic Ventura vented vinyl soffit and custom bent metal fascia
• Windows: Encore Elite double hung replacement windows with Low E argon glass

What We Did

Our crew removed all of the wood siding from the house and garage and installed furring strips over the front brick to create a flat surface. We then installed Mastic Ovation vinyl siding in English Wedgewood, followed by new white vented soffit, custom bent metal fascia, and new seamless gutters and downspouts. Three Encore Elite replacement windows were installed, and the rear slider door header was wrapped in white. Existing awnings were removed and, at the homeowner’s request, were not reinstalled.
