Outstanding customer service throughout the entire process.  After my project was completed, there were a few areas that I wasn't satisfied with which happens with home improvements.  When I brought my concerns to the attention of Justin Lowanse, Senior Sales Consultant, without hesitation, he addressed them.  He never challenged my opinion on the specific areas.  Jason, Project Manager, is very knowledgeable and listens to the customer.  In my dealings with him, it's quite obvious that his priority is customer satisfaction.  Compared to other quotes I received; Bella Construction was very reasonable. Bella Construction did a great job on putting a new roof on my home.  They were punctual, polite, hard working crew.  The first day they spent 12 hours working and then here early very next morning to complete the job.  The crew was very professional and knew exactly what was to be done. From start to finish I couldn’t be anymore happier. The member who came to quote the estimate was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the products and what it would take to complete the job. He worked within our budget to get the best bang for the buck. Once that was done the agent at the office was extremely pleasant and a delight to work with when it came to signing the contract and putting down a down payment  the work started sooner then expected which was great since I had scheduled a short vacation there after. The worker who came to the job site were really professional and the project manager checked in throughout the work to make sure everything was going well. Also the salesperson checked in daily to make sure we were happy with the work. When the job was done I had a beautiful home to look st and knowing that the work was done by these professionals I didn’t have to worry.
