New Roof, Siding, Fascia, and Gutters in Allison Park, PA

Project Scope

Bella Construction updated the roof, front siding, roofline trim, and gutters on an Allison Park home in one project.

Project Details

• Roofing: Owens Corning Duration shingles in Black Sable on the house and shed
• Siding: Mastic Ovation 4.5 inch Dutch Lap vinyl in Victorian Grey on the front of the house
• Trim: white freeze board wrap along the bottom of the front siding and a new board for the awning framing
• Fascia and soffit: pine fascia boards, white aluminum fascia, and white non vented Mastic Ventura soffit
• Gutters: 5 inch white seamless gutters, 2 by 3 inch downspouts, and EZ Smooth gutter guards

What We Did

Our crew tore off the shingles on the house and shed, replaced the front slope decking, and installed a new Black Sable roof. On the front of the house we removed the cedar siding, installed sheathing and house wrap, and put up Victorian Grey vinyl siding.
