New Owens Corning Duration Roof in Russellton, PA

Project Scope

Bella Construction replaced the roof on a Russellton home with Owens Corning Duration shingles in Desert Rose and upgraded the attic ventilation.

Project Details

• Shingles: about 20.5 squares of Owens Corning Duration in Desert Rose
• Drip edge: white
• Ventilation: ridge vent, with the old box vents removed
• Flashings: new pipe flashings, an electrical mast flashing, and wall flashings
• Attic check: soffit vents inspected to make sure insulation was not blocking them

What We Did

Our crew removed the old shingles to the decking and inspected it, then took out the old box vents and checked the soffit vents. We installed ice and water shield, white drip edge, synthetic underlayment, and Owens Corning Duration shingles in Desert Rose, with a ridge vent, new flashings, and ridge cap shingles.
