Complete Exterior Remodel with Metal Roof in Jeannette, PA

Project Scope

Bella Construction completed a full exterior remodel in Jeannette. This project combined a standing seam metal roof, James Hardie board and batten siding, and a new soffit, fascia, and gutter system.

Project Details

• Main roof: Goodview Metals standing seam metal roof in Burnished Slate Textured
• Garage roof: Owens Corning Duration shingles in Desert Rose
• Siding: James Hardie Board and Batten on the house and garage in a custom Countrylane Red
• Fascia: custom bent aluminum fascia in Misty Shadow
• Soffit: vented vinyl soffit

What We Did

Our crew replaced the roof on the main house with standing seam metal and the garage roof with Owens Corning Duration shingles. We installed James Hardie Board and Batten siding on the house and garage, wrapped the roofline in custom bent aluminum fascia, finished the porch ceiling and beams with vented vinyl soffit, and hung new seamless aluminum gutters and downspouts.
