Dwayne is a seasoned project manager who has been a valuable part of Bella Construction and Development for the past 10 years. With over 30 years of experience in home improvement, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project he oversees. Originally hailing from the beautiful islands of St. Kitts and Nevis, Dwayne's journey has taken him far and wide, ultimately landing him in our team where his skills truly shine. Dwayne enjoys working at Bella Construction because of the strong relationships he has built with the owners, the satisfaction of working with appreciative customers, and the camaraderie of a supportive team. He finds joy in the daily opportunities to learn new things, which keeps his work both challenging and rewarding. Outside of his professional life, Dwayne is an avid golfer who loves to spend his weekends on the green. He also enjoys bowling and has a passion for all types of sports, which helps him stay active and engaged. Dwayne’s dedication to both his work and hobbies makes him a well-rounded and inspiring member of our team.
