The existing roof was showing signs of age, so our team completed a full remove and replace (R&R) of both the house and porch roof. The homeowners selected Owens Corning Duration shingles in Desert Rose, a stunning blend of warm tones that pairs beautifully with neutral siding colors.

To finish the roof system, we installed:

• Brown drip edge – Ensures water is directed away from the fascia and roof decking, preventing leaks and rot.

• Brown chimney flashing – Custom-fitted flashing protects against water intrusion around one of the most vulnerable parts of the roof.

Siding Replacement

Alongside the roof replacement, we installed 14 squares of MO/DL/4.5 siding in White. This classic double 4.5” Dutch Lap profile creates a crisp, clean look that complements the warmth of the Desert Rose shingles. White siding is a timeless choice, offering flexibility for future trim or accent color changes while dramatically brightening the home’s exterior.

Fascia Installation

To complete the project, we added 40 linear feet of White fascia. Fresh fascia not only frames the roofline for a polished appearance but also supports the gutters and helps prevent water from reaching vulnerable areas.
