Project Scope
Bella Construction replaced the roof on a Sewickley house and porch, including all of the roof decking, and added gutter guards to finish the project.
Project Details
- Shingles: about 22 squares of Owens Corning Duration in Desert Rose
- Decking: all existing OSB removed and replaced with new 7/16 inch OSB
- Drip edge and chimney flashing: brown
- Ventilation: ridge vent and InFlow edge vents
- Gutter guards: EZ Smooth standard 5 inch in mill finish
What We Did
Our crew removed the shingles and old decking from the house and porch and installed new OSB, sanded ice and water shield, brown drip edge, and Owens Corning Duration shingles in Desert Rose. New flashings, a ridge vent, and InFlow vents followed, and EZ Smooth gutter guards completed the system.
