Jake Grkman

Jake is the Customer Operations Manager at Bella Construction & Development Inc. A Harrison City native and Penn-Trafford graduate, he joined Bella in July 2026, bringing several years of experience in customer service, operations, sales, management, and real estate. Jake enjoys solving problems and making the customer experience smoother from start to finish. Whether he's coordinating projects, helping homeowners understand their project or insurance claim, or improving internal processes, he strives to make things easier for both customers and the Bella team. He especially values the opportunity to work across departments and continue learning about the construction industry. Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring real estate, and learning new things. He also loves spending time with his two cats - and during the winter, you can find him on the ski slopes.
