Project Scope
Bella Construction replaced the roof on a Yukon home with Owens Corning Duration shingles in Estate Gray and added extra waterproofing along the home’s oversize overhangs.
Project Details
- Shingles: about 21 squares of Owens Corning Duration in Estate Gray, house only
- Drip edge and chimney flashing: white
- Protection: standard ice and water shield plus a second row on the oversize overhangs
- Ventilation: ridge vent, replacing two box vents on the main upper roof
What We Did
Our crew tore off the old shingles, removed an unused satellite dish, and installed synthetic underlayment, ice and water shield, white drip edge, and Owens Corning Duration shingles in Estate Gray. A second row of ice and water shield protects the wide overhangs, and a ridge vent replaced two old box vents.
